We partner with Shiprocket, a leading logistics platform, to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders across India.

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. DELIVERY TIME
Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days
Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated based on the pincode, weight, and courier partner assigned. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status on the Shiprocket portal or through your order confirmation.

6. DELIVERY AREAS
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Some remote areas may have extended delivery times.

7. NON-DELIVERY
If your order is not delivered within the stipulated timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate and provide you with a solution.
