Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from Ruak Edit. If something is not right — we will make it right. You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order — for any reason.

● Conditions for Exchange

  • Item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Sale or discounted items are non-exchangeable unless defective
  • Items that have been altered or customised cannot be exchanged
  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order

● How to Request an Exchange

  • Step 1 — WhatsApp or email us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Step 2 — Share your Order Number, the product and reason for exchange
  • Step 3 — Ship the item back at your own cost to: 21 Camac Street, Bells House, 9th Floor, Kolkata – 700016
  • Step 4 — Once received and quality checked — your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days

Please note: The shipping cost for returning the item to us is borne by the customer.

● Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product — please email photos to info@ruakedit.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will arrange free reverse pickup and send a full replacement immediately. If the product is no longer available — we will offer a full refund.

● Important Notes

  • No cash refunds for change of mind or size exchanges
  • Customer bears the cost of return shipping except for defective products
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Sale items are non-exchangeable unless defective
  • Items that have been altered or customised by us cannot be exchanged

Every Ruak Edit piece comes with free in-house alterations. Before raising an exchange for fit issues — WhatsApp us first at +91 89814 47332. We may be able to alter it perfectly for you at no charge. Save yourself the hassle of shipping it back!
