RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Return Window: Items may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase for exchange or refund.

Condition Requirements: All items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return or exchange:
- Unused and unworn condition
- Original price tags intact and attached
- Original packaging and packaging materials included
- No signs of wear or damage

Eligible Items: All items are eligible for return unless specifically marked as Final Sale or Custom Order.

2. RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return within 7 days of purchase.

Step 2: Obtain return authorization and shipping address from our team.

Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment.

3. INSPECTION AND REFUND

Inspection Period: Upon receipt, we will inspect your returned item within 5-7 business days to verify it meets all return conditions.

Refund Method: Once the item is confirmed to be in the required condition, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account after approval.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Final Sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
- Custom orders or items made to order
- Items purchased more than 7 days ago
- Items that do not meet the condition requirements
